Tell us about what you are looking for in your future puppy!

How did you find us and specifically why is it you have chosen to consider us when looking for your future puppy? How long have you been following us? And, how familiar are you with our program in how we breed, raise and train our puppies?

Do you own any other pets? If so please tell us about them. If not, tell us why you feel you are now prepared to add one to your family?

Tell us about your housing situation, do you own or rent, is it a home, apartment, etc.

Tell us about your work schedule and what plans you have in place for caring for your puppy while you are at work, especially when puppy first comes home.

Do you travel a lot? If so what plans do you have in place for the puppy while your away?

Tell me more about you and/or your family, including any children in the home. Things such as your interests, lifestyle, etc.

Have you ever owned a dog before?

Tell us how familiar you are with the grooming needs and expenses of a doodle? If you are unfamiliar are you willing to learn? On average grooming costs are approximately $500-$600 a year depending on where you live and how frequently you go, are you prepared for this additional expense?

We beleive training is essential for dogs and puppies and is the key to them being successful family companions. Please tell us what your plans are for training your new puppy.

Please tell me anything else you think i should know about you when I am reviewing your application to see if you would be a good fit for one of our puppies! We would love to learn more about you!

I understand that all puppies are sold on a strict spay/nueter contract and agree to spay/nueter by 12 months of age.

I am prepared to bring a puppy home now.

I am certain that every adult within my houshold is 100% on board with adopting a puppy at this time.

Does anyone in your household have allergies? If so how severe and what mitigating efforts are you prepared to do to limit allergies for them. While they tend to be more compatable to people with allergies they are not non-allergenic.
